While you are in incarcerated in the Numara Troop Camp on Crater Island, as Kaim talk to Jansen right after you get the They Live in Shells dream. He'll say he sees some rats. When it switches back to Kaim ram the door in his cage and switch to Jansen. As Jansen kick at the rats in his cage and then ram the door to switch to Seth. Kick at the rats in her cage then switch to Kaim. Look on the floor of the cage for something glowing for your reward.
This all must be completed rather quickly because events will happen that will take you out of this zone.
