Talk to Dissatisfied Ryzel who ask you to fix six broken engines.

There are two down the ladder so you can see what they look like. There is one near the entrance from the west. There are three along the left side of the map. The last one is not in plain sight like the others, and it is not the one up on the wall on the far left. If you continue to walk through the center of the camp, pass by the rest tent and recovery tent and you will see a red, market-type tent. The last engine is just past that tent, by the pillar. You'll see it as an orange glow.
