Errand: Letter for Soldier's Father

In disc 4 talk to Yallen to the left of the magic Taxi in front of The Great Gate in Uhra. He wants to you give a letter to his family. Get on the Monorail and Travel to Royal Castle Station. Give the letter to his father Carlen, the man in the brown robe closest to the building, and he will give you a reward.
