At the base of the ramp on the left side of the Palace Facade in Numara you will find Rona. She has lost her dog Moo. Moo is in the ally beside Ninn's Boutique on Main Street. Press the A button when you find him and you will get a static cut-scene suggesting that this may be the dog that Rona was looking for. Return to Rona for your reward.
