Talk to Lomur in Uhra on the bridge Outside of the Front Gate. He will tell you he is looking for his father and hand you a Missing Person Poster. Talk to Wolph who is in The Castle Station and show him the poster. He has been looking after Lomur's father. Return to Lomur for your reward
