Talk to Lomur in Uhra on the bridge Outside of the Front Gate to the castle. He will tell you he is looking for his father and hand you a Missing Person Poster. Talk to Wolph who is in The Royal Palace Station, by the information desk, and show him the poster. He has been looking after Lomur's father. Return to Lomur for your reward
