You will find the two technicians on the main platform in front of a large magic engine whose pendulum is not moving. Talk to both technicians and they will complain that the engine is beyond repair. Talking to the second technician will trigger a cut-scene where Sed volunteers to repair the engine. Your prize is 6 Pieces of Living Brass for your Ring Assembly.
