Errand: Uhra Tower Lifts

On the bottom floor of the Tower left of the Uhra gate is a soldier called Baldian he asks you to help him with the lifts. There are 3 options A, B and C. The order for them is ACBAA.
After he has thanked you follow the small back lifts up to the top your reward is inside the chest.
