[edit] Magic Overview
Spells can be broken up into four classes of magic: White Magic, Black Magic, Spirit Magic and Composite Magic. Magic spells can be purchased in shops, found as treasure, gained through character leveling, or, in the later stages of the game, earned through defeating certain bosses.
White Magic can restore HP, cause damage, remove negative status effects and increase attributes such as magical or physical defense, and nullify enemy bonuses. Black magic causes damage and can inflict negative status effects on foes. Spirit magic can inflict negative status effects and cause damage to enemies, but can also support allies by boosting attributes. Composite magic combines schools of magic to create spells that affect all enemies or all allies.
[edit] Spell Casting
Each spell has an associated MP (Mana Point) cost and casting time. The casting time appears as a number and a letter (e.g. 2-A). The number represents the number of turns that must pass before the spell can be cast. The letter represents the order of casting during battle. Rank S spells will cast first in the battle turn, followed by spells ranked A through H (A first, then B, etc). Some spells have letters too low and are casted first on the next turn i.e. I through Z. After a spell is cast the MP cost is removed from the caster's MP pool.

City of Numara - Canal Street (complete the Gondola Date quest) Kelolon 3 15 1C Turns one party member into a Kelolon, or removes Kelolon status.
