Uhra is the nation that was at war with Khent before the events of the game. Kaim was hired as a mercenary to fight for Uhra. At the beginning of the game the war is still ongoing. Soon after the events shown at the start of the game, the war is over due to interference caused by a large meteor. Though neither side is victorious, Uhra comes off slightly better than Khent. Uhra's palace is located at the heart of the city.
